The first step to preparing your business and your brand for the Internet is understanding it and the people behind it, as well as your corporate culture and short and long-term goals. Pixel Head works with you to understand your business model, marketing strategy, alliances, competitive strategy and digital architecture. This is done through an information-gathering forum in which your internal corporate principals, (management, marketing, business development, etc.) meet with the Pixel Head Solution Team. Together we collect relevant data, eliminate incongruous and repeated information and agree upon a project plan that encompasses the budget, development plan and measures of success.

Blueprint

A functional solution requires a creative design both for the front-end, the look and feel of the solution, and the back-end, its technical and functional engine. Using the information gathered during the Analyze phase we develop your solution Blueprint. The Blueprint phase is spent defining, refining, and cataloging the content, the graphical user interface design, and marketing/communication strategy. These are essentially all the creative and technical elements that will be a part of your solution. A site map is created and made available for your review on our client Extranet. The site map is further refined and a working model is then built to prove the concept.

Create

After proving the concept we review all content for completeness of design and functionality. During the Create phase a fully functional and deliverable version of the solution is built and made available for your review through our Client Extranet. Your solution will reflect your input. We can build interfaces that will allow you to add or remove content on a daily basis if you so choose. During this phase the solution is put through its paces, and thorough quality assurance and functionality testing is done.

Deploy

The finished product is now ready to be deployed. Quality assurance testing continues through this launch phase. We begin the appropriate placement of your solution in the World Wide Web so that potential clients can locate you quickly and accurately. Also during this time we ensure that you can both support and administer your "living solution." If you do not wish this level of involvement, then arrangements can be made for Pixel Head to perform these functions.

Evolve

Being a “living solution” it must evolve to survive and thrive in the new digital economy. We will provide a post launch report, comparing the measures of success we established at the outset of the project to its current reality. This report will also contain a brief of our ideas for the future growth of your solution. Pixel Head concentrates on managing the changing nature of the Internet and your solution so that you can concentrate on running your business.
